Enrolment process
Enrolment is fast & easy. Simply give our Team a call and we can complete the process over the phone or you can attend in person. Payment is required at the time of enrolment to secure your booking. If you unable to pay at the time, we will put your enrolment aside for the time being. Unfortunately we cannot hold places discussed so it is important if you were going to get back to us you do so as quickly as possible as another customer may book the place we discussed whilst we wait for you to get back to us.

Cancelling or suspending
We understand that families may need to stop lessons for a while, or even altogether. Customers must complete a lesson cancellation form or lesson suspension form and return this to us before we can process your request. (Please note that a standard email, phone call or text is not accepted). Customers can access these forms in their customer portal.
When suspending or cancelling lessons, the following applies depending on whether your pay monthly or via direct debit:
Direct debit customers -
When you return the suspension or cancellation form, any deductions scheduled within the next 2 weeks will still be processed.
Monthly payment customers -
You must return your suspension or cancellation form prior to the 20th of the current month.
